    Step 1

    把姜放入搅拌机里,加1杯清水打成茸。 将排骨加所有腌料腌好,加少许盐和糖调 味。 Finely blend ginger with 1cup of water. In a bowl, combine and marinade spare ribs with all the HEINZ sauces, pepper, blended ginger and adjust salt & sugar to taste.

    Step 2

    将腌好的排骨放入镬中加盖以中火焖煮30-35分钟至肉软。若太干可加水 肉软后转大火煮至汁稠。 熄火,趁热享用。 Pour the combination into a wok & cook over medium heat. Cover with a lid for 30-35 minutes or until meat is tender. Add more water if the meat is still tough. Once the meat is tender, increase heat to dry up the spare ribs, stir lightly to coat the ribs with the sauce. Turn off heat & serve ribs immediately.
